How to Use Job Status
Job Status can be updated in the Claims inbox of the desktop web app or through the Mobile app.
Using the filters in the Inbox can help you find all jobs with a specific status. This can greatly improve the efficiency of managing the stages throughout your jobs.
1. You can choose to hide or reveal the type of Job Statuses by enabling or disabling the Show Checkbox.
2. Clicking on a status for a job will allow you to select a status from the drop-down menu.
3. An arrow beside a status indicates there are sub-statuses. Click the arrow to reveal and select a sub-status.
