Adding a New Claim: Step by Step
Adding a claim is simple and fast. You can easily get the insured to send images directly to your claim file and sign documents remotely.
1. From the Property Claims selection, click the Add Claim button.
2. Enter the information as available. At a minimum, you will need to fill in one of the Claim Identifier fields. If you're not sure, enter a Name/TBA and update it later.
3. Click the Create Claim button at the bottom o the page.
