How to Add a Link

You can add a Link during the flow of the Call Intake or any time after, by selecting Overview and scrolling down to the Link by Encircle Section.

1. Click the Add Link button.

2. The Add Link popup window will appear. Click to select the method to send. (Email or Text).

3. If sending by phone, ensure it is a mobile device.

4, Select the Room you. Typically a room named "Policyholder Photos".

5. Click the Add Link button to finalize and send the link. Note: you can also add documents to the Link for remote signing.

6. After the Link window closes you can click Open Claim, ( at the bottom ) to review the photos from the policyholder and continue with the claim.
