How To View My Claims or My Open Claims
With the launch of the new Encircle Web app, you can use filters to display and group claims according to specific needs.
By default, the inbox will display all claims based on your permissions. If you want to see only the claims you created or are assigned to you can easily create a filter for that purpose.
Further, you can add additional criteria to the filter to include various statuses.
1. Click the Add Filter button.
2. Under the Context section click "Only My Claims". When you use this filter the inbox will now display only YOUR claims.
3. Under the Status section click and select "Claim Status", then select Open. With these two settings, this filter will now display only YOUR OPEN claims.
