How to Add a Room & Copy Photos From an Existing Room

Sometimes we may need to copy photos from one room to another for various reasons.

This can be done from the  Spreadsheet page or the Rooms Page.

1. From the Spreadsheet page click Add Room (or scroll down to an existing room and Step 4).

2. Enter the room name and click Add Rooms.

3. The room will be created at the bottom of the overview page. Click Add and from the popup box click Overview Photos.

4. From the pop up box click Add Photos, (to upload photos from your hard drive), or Select Existing Photos to copy from somewhere else in the claim.

5. Select the Room to copy photos from.

6. Select the photos then click Add Photos.
