Link Gets Multi Language support!

This week we are pleased to let you know that you can send Link in French as well as English. This means that your clients will be able to read the Link text message instructions in their native language either French or English.

There is a simple set up in your Encircle account that needs to be done that will dictate the default language. 

  1. Log in as an organization administrator and click Settings and then click Organization Settings.
  2. Set the Default Language for the majority of your clients. 

3. When you set up a claim file, you can select a different language from the default by clicking the drop-down box as needed.
