My Matterport model won't import to Encircle

If you’re having trouble importing Matterport models to Encircle, it might be due to one of these common issues:

  • Your org has not enabled Matterport integration yet. Make sure an admin user enables this setting.
  • You aren’t shared on the space in Matterport. If you aren’t shared on the space, it won’t save to Encircle for you. You can reach out to another team member to share the space with you in the Matterport app.
  • The space doesn’t have the right privacy setting. Spaces must be set to “Unlisted” or “Public” in order to save to Encircle.
  • You don’t have a Matterport login. Importing Matterport spaces requires you to login to Matterport and authorize access. Make sure you are able to log in to Matterport when prompted.
