Using Job Status (Web App)

Job Status allows you to mark the key milestones of a job. This can be updated by anyone in the field or the office. To update the status of a claim, follow these steps:

  1. Click the flag icon to jump into the Status View for the inbox.
  2. Click the dropdown in the appropriate category (Mitigation, Moisture, Contents, Rebuild).
  3. Select the appropriate status (an arrow beside a status indicates there are sub-statuses. Click the arrow to reveal and select a sub-status if needed).

An org admin can set up custom job statuses.

If your team is in the habit of using the job status function, consider setting up custom filters based on job status to more easily manage your inbox.
