The Job Status tool allows your office and field teams to mark which stage the job is at in the process. It's especially handy to have some custom job statuses to use when setting up custom filters in your claim inbox.
To set up some of your own custom statuses, open the Settings tab in the web app and click Job Status. You will need admin permissions to do this.
We have four built in categories or job types: Mitigation, Moisture, Contents, and Rebuild. For each of these categories, we've built in some default statuses.
^ These can't be changed, however you can add some custom sub-statuses of your own. To do that, follow these steps:
- Click the pencil icon on the main status you want to add them under.
- Enter your custom statuses.
- Click Save.
To reorder your custom status, click and drag the 3 bars to the left of a status.
