How to Pay Your Encircle Bill

NOTE: If you became a customer of Encircle on or after June 8, 2023, you will need to pay your invoices via our new billing portal, which we are rolling out to our user base in phases.

To pay an invoice or bill from Encircle follow the steps below. To complete the steps below you need to log in as an Organization Administrator within Encircle.

1. Click on Settings at the main menu.
2. Go to the Billing section.
3. Click the Cart icon to the right of the invoice to be paid.
4. Click the eye to review the invoice.
5. Click the Proceed to Checkout button after reviewing the invoice.
6. Select a payment method then click the Proceed button.

Your payment will be applied.
