Importing Encircle Jobs into DryLINK

Here's how fields are mapped from Encircle to DryLINK:

Encircle DryLINK
1. Carrier Identifier Insurance Claim #
2. Policyholder Name Job Name & Contact Name
3. Policyholder Email Contact Email
4. Policyholder Phone Number Contact Phone
5. Address Address
6. Date Claim Created Start Date

Importing Jobs to DryLINK

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. Next to Encircle, click Import Jobs to see all jobs from Encircle. 1-3.png
  4. Click Import next to the job you want to import to DryLINK.
  5. Select the job start date from the calendar.
  6. Click Import. 4-6.png

Jobs imported from Encircle will appear in the Jobs tab in DryLINK.

When the jobs are linked from Encircle to DryLINK, changes made in Encircle will update to DryLINK almost immediately (you may need to refresh the page in DryLINK to see them right away).
