Create Contents reports in Encircle with a few simple clicks! In the video below, learn how to create a few types of Contents reports: general inventory lists, PDF photo sheets, and schedules of loss.

Creating Contents reports is really simple.
How to Generate a Report
Go to the Overview tab of the Claim.
Scroll down to the Documents section.
Click Generate Report.
You will be prompted to choose a report type.
Report Types

Excel Report
Most users prefer this when providing a copy of the inventory to their client.Select the Excel report type.
Choose which items to include (for a full inventory, select All Items).
Enter a title and choose a report template.
For a general inventory, select the Encircle Detailed Spreadsheet template.
This template generates a detailed inventory list including item photos, box numbers, locations, notes, and more.
Note: Extra photos, such as those documenting preexisting damage, are not included in this report to keep the file size manageable.

PDF Report
To ensure your client receives a copy of all preexisting damage photos, generate a PDF report as a supplement.Select the PDF Report type.
Choose the Encircle PDF Report template.
Use the Items Only option to filter Contents photos.

Schedule of Loss Template
This Excel template is popular for creating a non-restorable list or total loss worksheet.Instead of selecting all items, choose items by Disposition.
Select the dispositions to include, such as non-restorable or total loss.
This report contains built-in calculations, allowing adjusters or insurance representatives to open it in Excel and price items directly. The total item values will update automatically.

Box Summary Report
This Excel report provides a simple count of boxes based on box type.Easily see how many small boxes, medium boxes, tagged items, and so on were used on the job.
Additional Reports
If needed, carrier-specific Excel reports are available at no extra cost. Contact your account representative or support team to request a list of available reports.
