Sometimes you need to transfer, (move), items from one room to another. The most direct way to do this is from the Spreadsheet view. The process currently involves two steps: 1) Copy the Item Photos from Source Room into the Destination Room and 2) Delete Item Photos from the Source Room.
Click on the Spreadsheet view to see a room (ex. policyholder)
- Click Add.
- Select Multiple Items.
- Click Add Photos or select Existing Photos (Add Photos will provide the option to upload photos from your local computer. Existing Photos will allow you to copy photos from existing photos already in the claim).
- Select or Select All photos to organize as items.
- Click ADD PHOTOS.
- Click Save.
From Spreadsheet view or Item View of the Source Room, delete the items no longer needed.
