Emailing Documents from the Encircle Web App

This feature is different than our Policyholder Link tool which allows you to send documents away for e-signature. The function described in this help article is for emailing a copy of a report or signed form to a recipient.

 

For this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Documents section, click the ✉️ envelope icon next to the document you want to send.
  2. Enter the email address(es) of your recipient(s).
  3. Enter a custom subject line and message if desired.
  4. Click Send.

The email will be sent from documents@encircleapp.com and the recipient will see the email as coming from “[Company Name] (via Encircle)".  You will be also be copied on the message, under the email address you're signed into Encircle with. Any replies will go to you.
