If you have photos in the wrong claim, please contact us at support@encircleapp.com.
If photos or videos have been added to the wrong room, you can easily move them to another room by following the steps below:
1. Select the photos/videos you wish to move by clicking the checkbox that appears in the corner when you hover your mouse over the photo.
2. Click Move.
3. Select the structure where they will be going (it will default to their current structure).
4. Select the room where you want to move them to.
5. Click Move.
6. The photos will now appear in their new room.
