Reordering Photos & Videos

You can reorder media when you go to create a pdf report. Follow these instructions:

1. From the claim overview tab, click Generate Report. Make sure you choose the Encircle PDF Report when prompted. Generate Report.jpg

2. In the report builder, navigate to the room where you want to reorder the photos/videos.

3. Drag and drop the photos/videos into the order you want.
