Submitting a Fix Request for Your Floor Plan

Fix requests should only be submitted if you are looking to correct a room dimension or the placement of any walls on your floor plans. It can also be used to change the unit of measure displayed on a floor plan.  For any other edits, including room labels and adding additional measurement lines, you can use the floor plan Quick Editor within the Encircle web app.

If your floor plan is returned and you notice an inaccurate dimension or an issue with wall placement, you are able to send a fix request from within the Encircle mobile app.

To submit a fix request, follow these steps:

  1. From your claim home screen, open up the floor plan button.
  2. Tap on your floor plan to view it in full screen.
  3. Tap the wrench icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  4. Enter a description of the change(s) that is/are required.
  5. Once you are happy with your description, tap Send.1-5.png
  6. Your app will show that you have a fix request processing (you may need to refresh the app to see these screens change).6.png
  7. You will be notified when the fix request has finished processing and the floor plan will say "ready".
