The Property Claims inbox is essentially the mobile app's home page.

Claim List Views
There are two views available: My Claims and All Claims.
My Claims
- These are the claims you've been shared on as a user (the jobs you're working on)
- Working in this view allows your claim inbox to load faster
- Leaving a claim when the work is complete is recommended to reduce clutter and improve load times
All Claims
- All claims that belong to your organization
Search
Use the search bar to find claims assigned to you or that belong to your organization. You can search by:
- Policyholder name
- Claim number
- Job number
- Address
Users with Admin or Standard permissions can view claims that are not shared with them. Limited permission users can only view shared claims.
Claim Shortcuts
While in the My Claims view, you can display claim shortcuts by selecting and holding the claim. Available quick actions include:
- Contact homeowner
- View Claim
- Edit Claim
- Share Claim
- Leave Claim
- Delete Claim
- Close Claim
Notifications
Under Notifications, you'll find alerts related to certain action items on your claims.
How to Use Notifications:
Look for the Alert: An orange bubble over the Notifications icon indicates unread action items.
View the Claim: Tap the icon and select a notification to be taken directly to that claim.
Exit: Tap the X to close your notifications and return to the Property Claims inbox.
Add Claim
To create a new claim, tap the Add Claim button. Click here for more information on adding a new claim.
