Encircle Web Payments Dashboard

In this article:

Claim Payments Tab

Payments are linked to job records within Encircle, allowing you to track payment status within the claim. You can also request payments from this tab or jump into the Stripe dashboard.

Encircle Payments Dashboard

The payments dashboard in Encircle provides a centralized view of your payment activities within the Encircle platform, which is powered by Stripe. All Encircle admins can view this page.

Here you have a simple and user-friendly interface to manage payment activity. You may also jump directly into your Stripe Dashboard for more detailed management and advanced functionalities.

Payment Activity

The top section of the page contains a log of transactions. You can sort this list by amount, date, status, or payment method. Click on any transaction to view more details about it or initiate a refund.

You can also export your list of payments as a CSV. You’ll be able to configure this list by assigning a date range and choosing which columns (fields) are included.

Payouts

Here you can view details about upcoming payouts to your bank account. See our Payouts help article for more information.

Stripe Account Details

The Encircle dashboard surfaces some key Stripe account settings, and you can take a number of actions here without having to open Stripe separately. You will be prompted to log in to Stripe to reveal this info.

Only people who are set up in Stripe will be able to access Stripe account details. For example, you may have someone who is an Encircle admin, but does not need to use Stripe or have access to Stripe account info. Such a user will see the Stripe login button here, but it will be a dead end for them.

Company Info

Here you can make changes to the business information that you entered for your company when setting up your Stripe account.

Management and Ownership

Here you can update the list of management and ownership individuals for your business. Stripe requires you to list any individual who is on the governing board, owns 25% or more of the company or otherwise has significant management control of the company.

Note that this list is not a list of Stripe users and these people are not granted Stripe access by being added here. This is a list of owners, directors, or key business representatives for the company. By adding these people, you are fulfilling Stripe’s requirement to tell them about your business. If you wish for any of these people to have Stripe access, you can add them as a Team Member (user) to your Stripe account, from the Stripe dashboard.

Also on this page you can assign a new account representative or edit the account representatives’ information.

Payout Details

Here you can see the bank account that is tied to Stripe for payouts. If you need to update your banking information, you can launch the Stripe dashboard from here.

Authentication

From here you can launch Stripe to edit your personal Stripe user account settings.
