While Encircle does not currently offer a direct QuickBooks integration, you can connect your Stripe account to QuickBooks using a 3rd party tool from the QuickBooks App Store.
Users in the US
Intuit recently launched their own Stripe connector that is currently free to use (as of August 2025). This is likely the easiest option. Follow the link above to get started - setup is easy and should only take a few minutes.
Users in Canada
If you are in Canada - or you're in the US but you don't wish to use Intuit's native Stripe connector - you may browse other 3rd party apps on the Quickbooks App Store. With numerous options available, we believe that the things you should look for are:
- All sales transactions are synced
- including Stripe fees
- Stripe Fees are tracked
- Payouts are tracked
- payout details link to transactions
