You may set up additional users on your Stripe account as needed. Refer to their documentation for instructions on this.
A couple of things to note:
- You are not required to set someone up in Stripe for them to be able to use the key functions of Encircle Payments.
- All Encircle users with standard permissions or higher can collect or request payments.
- All Encircle users with admin permissions can view the Payments Dashboard, meaning they can view transaction details, see when payouts are happening, issue refunds, and export data to CSV.
- While Stripe requires you to list all business owners and directors for your business profile, you are not required to set each of these people up in Stripe or Encircle.
You should reserve Stripe access for people who need to carry out more in-depth payments management. This could include things like updating bank account details, topping up your Stripe balance, managing branding for customer receipts and payment links, etc.
