Hydro allows you to easily select which moisture meters are available for your field team to use in their material readings.
*You will need admin permissions to update this setting.
- From the Claim Inbox, click the ⚙ Settings icon.
- Select Organization Settings.
- Select Organization.
- Click the pencil icon next to Hydro Moisture Meters.
By default, no moisture meters in this list are checked, which means that your team has no "preferred" meters. Or in other words, your field teams will see all moisture meters in Hydro.
However, once you select your preferred meter(s), those are the meters that will be available to your field users (version 6.3.0 or higher is required).
These changes will be live for your field techs within minutes. Note that the new meter list will only be available on new claims going forward.
*Note: If you have a multi-org setup (with parent-child org relationships), each org must select their own preferred meters.
