I Can't Reset My Password

If you have requested a password reset email but have not received it, first check your spam and junk mail, in case the message was filtered out. 

If you still do not see the email and have never logged in to Encircle before, try the steps below:

  1. Go to: encircleapp.com/signup
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue
  3. You will be prompted to "Set your password to continue to Encircle." Here you will create your password.   Set a password.png
  4. A verification email will be sent to you. 
    • Check your spam/junk folders if it doesn't land in your inbox.
  5. Click the link in the verification email, then log in. 

If you have logged in to Encircle before or encounter an error with the steps above, please contact our Support team at support@encircleapp.com or 1-888-937-1077.
