Finding Replacement Pricing
- Tap on an item to open it.

At the top of the page, tap the gray bar to refine your search or enter a new search term.
-
-
The Item Description and Manufacturer/Brand are included by default, but you can remove either of these from your search by checking the Skip button.
-
The Model Number is excluded by default, but you can uncheck the Skip button to include it for a more precise search.
-
Browse around until you find a suitable replacement item.
-
When you've found the item you want to bookmark, then tap the yellow highlighted price to save it. *Important: Make sure you do this from the specific item's page, not from a search results page. You don't want to bookmark a search results page.
-
Tap Continue to save.
-
After saving, you'll be redirected back to the Encircle app where you'll see the bookmark. (The URL will appear in reports for adjusters and clients so they can see where you sourced your pricing.)
-
To add more replacement items, tap the + button and repeat the process as many times as needed.
Setting a Primary Replacement Price
The primary replacement item will be denoted with a black ribbon icon beside it. By default, the most recent bookmarked item is set as the primary one.
- To change this selection, tap on the item you want to be your primary replacement item.
- Tap Set as Price to designate it as the primary replacement item.
The primary replacement price is what the system will use when calculating depreciation and actual cash value. You can view these details by tapping the Info button in the menu bar above.
The total contents value of the room will appear at the top of the room under the Contents tab.
