Within your XactAnalysis settings, you are able to forward assignments to Encircle via a unique email contact that we call your "magic email".
*To complete these steps, you need to log in into Encircle as an admin.
Also, you will need to have XactAnalysis open on your device.
Follow these steps:
1. Click Settings.
2. Select External Assignments.
3. Under My Magic Email, click Copy Text. Keep it handy; you will be pasting this email into XactAnalysis shortly.
Next, open up XactAnalysis and complete these steps:
1. Click on the Administration drop down menu and select Contact Methods.
2. Click Add at the bottom of the list.
3. Select Email and paste in your Magic Email address from Encircle.
4. Click Save.
5. Close the Contact Method window.
6. Click on the Administration drop down menu and select Notification Rules.
7. Click Add New Notification.
8. Make sure the default settings are: Assignment, All, All, 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM, your time zone, your language, and that all the days are highlighted. If you wish to send all types of loss to Encircle, select All for that as well. This will ensure every external assignment that is sent to you will generate a new Encircle assignment.
9. For Contact Method you will see 2 drop down menus. Under Type, select Email. Under Method, select your Encircle Magic Email and save.
10. Optional: You can test the success of the added contact method by sending a test notification under Notification Rules.
That's it! You will now begin to see assignments coming in from XA. Your team can start creating claims from your assignments in the web app or the mobile app. They will need Standard permissions or higher to be able to do this.
