*Note: you must have admin permissions to manage these settings.
Start by navigating to your company account settings:
- From the Claim Inbox, click the ⚙ Settings icon.
- Select Organization Settings.
- Click Organization.
Click the pencil icon next to any field to edit.
1. Organization Name: Enter the name of your business.
2. Country: Select your country.
3. Floor Plan: Toggle our Floor Plan feature on or off for your organization. Alternatively, you can manage floor plan access on or off for individual users in your org.
4. Product: Select the product that best suits your industry and use case.
5. Default Hydro Task List: Customize the default task list for our Hydro tool.
6. Hydro Warnings: Customize the Hydro alerts that your field teams see during the drying process.
7. Identifier Preference: Select the ID field that will be used to identify jobs in the Claim Inbox. You should choose this based on which field you use to label your jobs:
- Carrier Identifier: typically the insurance claim number
- Contractor Identifier: typically an internal job number assigned by you
- Assignment Identifier: typically matches the number of the external assignment (probably not applicable to you if you do not have External Assignments set up).
8. Sticky Disposition: Enable this to speed up the box selection process during contents pack out. This will repeat the last box ID and disposition to save some clicking in the field.
