To update your personal user settings in the web app, follow these steps:
- From the Claim Inbox, click the ⚙ Settings icon.
- Select Profile Settings.
Profile
Click Edit to set up your profile details such as contact info, job role, profile photo, etc.
Drying Preferences
These settings pertain to our Hydro tool for water documentation. Field users can control these settings in the mobile app as well.
- Length Unit: set your unit of measurement for room dimensions/equipment calculations, floor plan measurements, etc.
- Temperature Scale: choose °F or °C for your moisture readings in Hydro.
- Specific Humidity Scale: choose your unit of measurement for specific humidity (gpp, g/kg, lb/lb, or kg/kg).
Notifications
- Floor Plan Email Notification: enable or disable the email notifications you receive when a floor plan processes or fails.
