Adding Your Company's Branding

Setting up your company branding is an important step when getting started with Encircle. This is the information that will appear in the header at the top of all your photo reports and custom documents.

To set or update your organization branding: 

  1. From the Claim Inbox, click the Settings icon.
  2. Select Organization Settings.
  3. Select Brand Info.
  4. Click the pencil icon on the right to edit.

1. Brand Name: the name of your business.

2. Legal Name: the legal name you do business under; typically the same as Brand Name but not always. This is the name that will appear in your digitized forms like contracts, completion certificates, etc.

3. Address & Phone Number: the contact info for your business. This will appear at the top of your forms and photo reports.

4. Footer: a custom footer for your digitized forms such as a company slogan, website, etc. You can choose to enable page numbers for your custom footer here as well.

5. Brand Logo: the logo for your business. Click Add Logo to add or update your company logo. This logo will appear at the top of your forms and photo reports.
