Encircle for Insurers: Process Overview

We understand that every organization has it's own process.

Below is a sample process to help you understand how Encircle is structured and how it is able to fit in with most processes.

1. At first notice of loss, you quickly create the claim file or if on Guidewire you can auto-create a claim from Guidewire.
2. Send a text message Link from the Encircle app and have the policyholder add photos, videos, and signed documents back to the claim file.
3. Review the policyholder photos, videos, and signed documents inside Encircle.
4. Decide to settle or not create a final report or share the claim with a contractor.
5. The contractor continues inside Encircle and creates scope and documentation.
6. Review and finalize the claim.
