Use Link to Get Photos and Videos from the Policyholder

Use Link to quickly access remote site information in real-time with the policyholder. There is no app for them to download. Media appears inside the claim and notifications alert you when the policyholder is taking pictures, videos, and signing documents!

1. Click ADD LINK on the Link card.
2. Select SMS or Email, or both as the delivery method. (SMS is text message)
3. Ensure the policyholder details are accurate.
4. You can select any or all of the rooms or leave the default to Policyholder Photos & Videos.
5. Click Generate Report, if you want to add a document to be signed.
6. Click Save & Send to send the link.
