Within the Stripe dashboard you have some basic branding controls over your email receipts and payment screens.
- Open the Stripe dashboard.
- Click the small ⚙️Settings icon at the top right of the page.
- Select the Business section.
- Select the Branding tab.
Email Receipts and Checkout & Payment Links are the two sections here that will be relevant to you. You can ignore the others.
Email Receipts
^Note that this does not control the branding of the payment request email that the payee receives. For now, this is not customizable (see below).

Customer Emails
Most likely you will want your customers to automatically receive a receipt when they pay via payment link or when you issue a refund. These settings must be enabled in your Stripe dashboard.
- Click the ⚙️ Settings icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Select Customer Emails.
- Toggle these settings on.
- Successful payments: this setting enables automatic receipts for payments made via payment request.
- Refunds: this enables automatic refund receipts for payees.
