As your team inventories and packs contents in the field you can view and edit contents in real time across various tabs of the job.
The Activity Tab
The Activity Tab is essentially a news feed of the job, offering a chronological view of job data as it comes in from the field. Select Contents to narrow your view to only contents items, and use the filtering options on the left to further refine your view by date range, room, or user.
Click on an item thumbnail to open the item and edit it.
Item Inventory Manager
When you open the Contents tab of the job, you'll land on the Item Inventory Manager. In this view, you can see all key details of each item at a glance such as the item photo, quantity, description, brand, disposition, location, Box ID, box type, and room of origin.
This page features:
- A paginated view, allowing for fast loading times
- Easy searching of items
- Easy identification of items missing descriptions
- Filtering view by brand, disposition, location, room, or box type
- Sorting by description, brand, disposition, location, box type, or room. For example, sort by disposition to easily see all items without dispositions.
- Bulk actions:
- Updating the disposition of multiple items at once
- Moving multiple items between rooms at once
- Adding new items one at a time, in bulk, or by cropping from room photos
Contents Spreadsheet
Under the Contents tab of the job, the Spreadsheet is another way to view and manage contents inventory. In this view all rooms are shown by default, with room-level photos/media shown alongside contents items. Other features of this view are:
- Editing of item details directly from the cells in the spreadsheet
- Pricing details available at a glance, with the ability to price items directly from the spreadsheet view
- Filtering view by description, disposition, rooms, boxes, or location
- Adding and editing rooms
- Reordering items
- Adding room photos, videos, and notes
- Adding new items one at a time, in bulk, or by cropping from room photos
- Importing items from Excel (useful if your client has given you a list of their items)
