What is Hydro?
Hydro is Encircle's water documentation tool. With it, you can complete your dry logs, moisture mapping, equipment sizing, equipment logging, and everything you need to create powerful moisture reports on each water loss.
How to Access Hydro
To open Hydro, simply tap the Hydro button from the home claim of the app. You'll land on the Hydro dashboard which contains a number of tools for monitoring or managing the job. These job review tools are especially useful if you're a PM, lead tech, or manager responsible for overseeing the job.
The Task List
As a technicians or the person going to be to the site taking readings, placing equipment, and generally doing most of the onsite legwork for drying, then the Task List will be your home base within Hydro.
The Task List is exactly what it sounds like; a guided set of actions for technicians to complete in order to get all the necessary documentation for the water loss. Our subsequent help articles cover each task in detail, but the list includes things like setting up your drying chamber, creating moisture maps, calculating equipment needs, daily readings, and more.
The default task list be customized at the org level by an admin. You can also customize the task list at the job level in case you need to toggle certain tasks on or off for a particular job.
Multiple users may work out of the task list at once. For example, if you have multiple chambers, you may assign someone to each chamber, or divvy up tasks as it suits your team. Tasks may be completed in any order.
On Day 1, you'll be guided through the initial Job Setup tasks like drying chamber set up, equipment sizing, moisture mapping, etc. Then, on subsequent days, you'll be given a task list for each visit.
