Dehumidifier Readings

Learn how to enter dehumidifier readings in Hydro. Watch the following video or follow the instructions below.

Dehumidifier Readings

  1. Open the Dehumidifier Readings task.
  2. Select a room.
  3. Tap on a dehu to take a reading. Dehumidifier Readings 1-3.png
  4. Tap Add Meter Photo and snap a photo of your meter / the display. Dehumidifier Readings 4.png
  5. Tap Add Timer Photo and snap a photo of your unit's hour meter on the display if it has one. Dehumidifier Readings 5.png
  6. Enter Temperature and Relative Humidity.
  7. (Optional) Enter Hours Running. Keeping a record of this for all your visits will be really good for your documentation especially if the unit gets turned off for any reason.
  8. (Optional) Enter any relevant notes for the reading. For example, if the unit was shut off due to power outage, malfunction, etc.
  9. Tap Save.

Make sure you repeat this for the other dehu's on the job. For this:

  1. When all dehu readings are complete for the room, tap the room selector at the top of the page.
  2. Select the next room.
  3. Tap a dehu to take a reading.
  4. Repeat the above steps for each dehu in the room. Make sure you complete these steps for all dehu's across the job.

Completing the Task List

Now that the dehu readings are done, that’s a wrap on the Job Setup. By completing the full task list, you will have ensured that the job is off to a proper start, and you’ve got the best drying environment possible.

To close out the task list for Day 1, make sure you tap Complete at the bottom of the task list. Going forward, you'll continue to use the Hydro task list as you monitor the job to completion.
